This premier bank continues to grow both organically and inorganically. It has a strong commitment to invest in its people and build robust practices and infrastructure to support future growth. It is now seeking to recruit a highly capable Chief Risk Officer, based in Singapore.
Tanggung Jawab
As a credible risk leader, you will develop risk framework, standards and policies, and provide oversight across various 1st line risk functions including business, operational, technology, fraud, business continuity, security and regulatory risks. You will develop, implement, monitor and maintain robust and integrated risk management practices and culture. Through periodic assurance testing, you will ensure that the various risk functions adhere to applicable risk guidelines and standards and recommend improvements and new procedures where controls are needed.
Persyaratan
You possess a proven track record operating as Chief Risk Officer, Head of Audit and Head of Operational Risk at a major bank. You are highly credible, analytical, solutions-focused, logical thinker and calm under pressure. You operate with high integrity and possess strong leadership, management and people skills.
