Engineering Manager (Cybersecurity), Technology
Kerry Consulting is partnering a Technology firm focused on building secure digital products and platforms at scale. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead cybersecurity product engineering efforts, combining technical leadership, team development, and stakeholder engagement to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused solutions.
Peran
You will lead a team of software engineers responsible for developing cybersecurity products, setting technical direction while ensuring strong delivery outcomes. The role involves working closely with product managers, security specialists, UX teams, and senior stakeholders to shape engineering priorities, improve development practices, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across agile delivery, secure development, incident learning, and engineering performance.
Persyaratan
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an engineering management or technical lead capacity.
- Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or enterprise software products from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity areas such as threat detection, vulnerability management, IAM, security operations tooling, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST, or ISO 27001.
- Strong engineering fundamentals across CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, version control, secure SDLC practices, code reviews, and technical risk assessment.
- Excellent people leadership, stakeholder management, communication, strategic thinking, and agile delivery capabilities.
