Singapore's Leading Search & Selection Firm

    Dear friends and business partners,

As we move through the second half of 2026, I wanted to share an update on Kerry Consulting’s progress so far this year, and some of the priorities that will guide the firm over the months ahead.

    Performance and momentum

We continue to approach our work with confidence and a clear focus on the long term. We have also continued to invest in our people, our capabilities and the strength of our organisation, and that investment is translating into encouraging results.

Our performance this year has been strong, with momentum building as the year has progressed. Importantly, the nature of our work is also evolving. We are seeing a clear shift towards more senior, retained and advisory-led search assignments, as clients increasingly recognise and trust Kerry’s expertise in critical leadership hiring.

    Our people and culture

Our people remain central to everything we do. Kerry is the largest executive recruitment firm in Singapore, and our average consultant tenure is ten years. Six former colleagues have chosen to return to Kerry in recent years, which I believe is a meaningful indicator of the culture we have built and our commitment to providing an environment where talented people can develop long-term careers. Our 2025 Great place to Work score of 80%, compared with the national average of 49% in Singapore, provides further validation of that commitment.

We have continued to invest in the team during 2026, adding nine new colleagues across the organisation while maintaining the experience and continuity that have always been important to the way we work.

    Staying connected to our markets

Throughout 2026, our colleagues have supported and participated in initiatives with a broad range of industry and professional associations.

Alongside these partnerships, we have continued to invest in events that bring clients, candidates and professional communities together.

These have included CTRL+ALT+CONNECT for our Technology community, Finance After Five for Financial Services, Sip & Sync for Human Resources, The Right Recipe for Ingredients, Nutrition & Health and Numbers Night Out for Commerce Finance and Strategy.

These events have become an important part of how Kerry builds genuine professional communities. They allow us to bring people together outside the traditional recruitment process, strengthen existing relationships and create new connections across the markets we serve.

    Media recognition

Our consultants also continue to be sought out by leading media organisations for their perspectives on recruitment and the employment market.

During 2026, Kerry and our consultants have featured in Bloomberg, CNA, The Straits Times, TODAY and other media across digital, print and broadcast channels. I see this as an important reflection of the trust the media places in the market knowledge and judgement of our people.

    Corporate Social Responsibility

We are equally conscious of our responsibilities as a corporate citizen beyond our immediate business. Kerry continues to support organisations and initiatives including Community Chest, Food from the Heart, Mandai Wildlife and SBS Transit, with charitable contributions totalling tens of thousands of dollars so far this year.

    Investing for the future

We are continuing to invest in the infrastructure that will support the next stage of Kerry’s development. This includes strengthening our internal systems and processes, future-proofing the business through the thoughtful adoption of AI and other technologies and ensuring that our guiding principle of “Returning the Human to Resourcing” remains central to how we work.

There is a lot of noise around AI in recruitment at present, and balance has become a clear point of differentiation. For 23 years, Kerry has built its reputation on trusted advisory work and deep client and candidate relationships. We embrace the value of new technologies, but it is that experience and judgement that continue to create the greatest impact for our business partners.

That same forward-looking approach is also shaping where we build specialist capability. Our new Digital Infrastructure practice reflects one of the most important growth areas in the regional economy, spanning data centres, compute, connectivity, power and investment. As a natural extension of Kerry’s cross-functional model, it will allow us to build deeper relationships across a fast-growing ecosystem while supporting clients in an area of increasing strategic importance.

Our priorities for the remainder of 2026

There is still a great deal we want to accomplish this year.

    Our priorities are clear:

→ Continue strengthening our position in senior, retained and advisory-led search

→ Build our capabilities in key specialist markets, including Digital Infrastructure

→ Continue investing in our people and providing an environment in which they can build meaningful, long-term careers

→ Strengthen the systems, infrastructure and digital platforms that support our consultants and clients

→ Deepen our engagement with the industries and professional communities we serve through partnerships, events and market insights

→ Remain uncompromising in the quality of service and advice we provide to our clients and candidates

I am proud of what our people have achieved so far in 2026. More importantly, I believe we have built the foundations, relationships and capabilities to continue making meaningful progress.

Thank you to our clients, candidates, business partners and colleagues for the trust and support you continue to place in Kerry Consulting. I look forward to what we can accomplish together over the remainder of the year.
