IT Manager, Oracle HCM
We are partnering an international organisation, to identify a Manager, HR Enterprise Application Systems. You will be part of the IT HQ team, focusing on Oracle HCM and HR related applications.
Tanggungjawab
Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Head, you will be responsible to lead and provide IT services and support for HR applications. You will be a crucial POC to key stakeholders across the organization, to gather business requirements and perform regular assessments to refine the system design. You will be responsible for team delivery and development of project plans with supporting budgets and resource allocations.
Keperluan
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM and its related modules, providing IT support on a regional scale. You will have experience in handling System Setup, troubleshooting and related documentation and User Testing for new implementation/upgrades. You will have experience managing a small team, leading members in delivering products and services using current, new and emerging technology. You will have strong technical hands-on experience in configurations and customization in Oracle HCM based on business requirement and processes. You are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
