The Managing Director, Head of Transaction Banking Sales, Asia Pacific, will lead the bank’s regional Transaction Banking Sales team, driving client penetration, origination, revenue growth and strategic development across Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Supple Chain Finance and Liquidity Management.
The role sits within the broader Corporate & Investment Banking franchise, partnering closely with Corporate Coverage, M&A, Capital Markets and Global Markets to deliver integrated solutions and capture greater client wallet.
Based in Singapore with regional responsibility, the individual will shape APAC Transaction Banking strategy, lead a regional team and strengthen connectivity between the bank’s multinational clients and institutional relationships.
Keperluan
- 20+ years of proven experience growing transaction banking revenue, deposits, liquidity, payments and trade, with clear P&L ownership
- Deep C-suite relationships across APAC corporates and MNCs, with demonstrable wallet ownership
- Ability to connect transaction banking opportunities with M&A, financing, DCM, ECM and Markets activity and convert transactions into recurring client wallet
- Strong multi-market experience and understanding of large corporates, regional treasury structures and the bank’s cross-border model
- Experience modernising transaction banking through digital channels, APIs, payments, data and technology
- Ability to lead senior teams and influence Corporate Banking, Product, Risk, Technology, country management and global stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualifications or an advanced degree is advantageous
