Our client is a leading commodities firm expanding its presence across Southeast Asia. This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role, overseeing regional talent acquisition and driving recruitment strategies in a high-growth environment.

Position Overview

As the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across multiple international locations. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to establish and scale regional offices, ensuring alignment with global hiring objectives while optimizing workforce planning and talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive regional recruitment efforts by formulating and implementing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth. You will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, employer branding initiatives, and workforce planning to build high-performing teams. Additionally, you will partner with HQ, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process while advising on market trends, talent availability, and best practices.

Keperluan

You are degree-qualified with at least 10 years of HR or talent acquisition experience within the commodities sector, with a strong focus on metals market. Your expertise in employer branding, sourcing methodologies, and talent market insights makes you a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You possess strong leadership skills, stakeholder management, and a results-driven mindset. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. International travel opportunities will be provided.
