AI Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced an AI Engineering Lead to drive the strategic development and rapid deployment of AI-powered capabilities across enterprise platforms at a leading service provider. In this pivotal role, you will utilise AI to transform core operations of this organisation through automation and data led insights. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software engineering and a deep expertise in AI/ML technologies

Responsibilities:

As an AI Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for rapidly prototyping and deploying scalable AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to embed AI across current and future technology stacks-driving innovation in areas such as enterprise automation and operational intelligence. Your role will involve technical leadership from ideation to identifying AI opportunities to deployment.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have strong background in software development, with recent experience focusing on AI, machine learning, or deep learning technologies. A strong track record of leading complex software projects in an enterprise environment is essential. Experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, along with languages like Python, Java, or C++ is key. Familiarity with AWS will also be important to be successful in this position.
