AI Venture Lead – Leading Investment firm

We are seeking an AI Venture Lead to drive the identification and scaling of new AI-driven business opportunities at this leading investment firm. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategies to launch and scale innovative AI ventures, working closely with internal teams and external partners to build impactful AI products and solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder communications, and oversee venture progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.

Responsibilities:

As the AI Venture Lead, your primary responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities for AI ventures, driving business development initiatives, and leading the product innovation process. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to conceptualize and launch new AI solutions. You will be expected to oversee risk management strategies and ensure that ventures meet customer needs while aligning with ethical AI standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 9 years of experience in AI, venture development, or product management, with at least 2 years of leadership experience. A deep understanding of AI technologies and business acumen to scale new ventures is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary to drive collaboration and influence decision-making. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA is a plus. Experience in the startup ecosystem and familiarity with agile methodologies are preferred.
