Analytics Business Analyst, Financial Services

We are seeking an Analytics focused Business Analyst to spearhead the development and delivery of data-driven solutions for a leading financial institution. In this strategic role, you will design and implement intelligent data products, enhance analytical capabilities across the business and serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
You will oversee the full lifecycle of data and reporting initiatives, from requirement gathering through deployment. You will partner closely with business teams to understand functional needs, shape solution architectures, and ensure smooth integration across multiple systems and data environments.

A key part of your role will include managing UAT, supporting daily business operations related to data usage and producing documentation that clearly articulates data flows, solution designs and testing frameworks.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in business analysis and data solutioning, Experience overseeing data testing, conducting in-depth analysis and coordinating cross-team requirements will be critical.
