Description
One of the leading Banks within the region is seeking a seasoned Technology Program Lead as it embarks on a high-profile multi-year transformation program for the region. The Bank prides itself on a strong balance sheet and deeply entrenched relationships with its clients within the APAC region.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the APAC Technology Management Team, you will work closely with the stakeholders across the Bank to plan, implement and drive Technology programs and projects within the AGILE framework. You will play an integral role in ensuring the success of these programs, and also be a change agent for the way programs and projects being run.

Requirements
You have a strong background in managing large-scale programs within Banking or Financial Services. You have a good understanding of the business, processes and controls. You possess strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work alongside the business as well as the Technology Development team. You have the necessary training in related Project Management courses.
