Architect, Data Centre
An emerging data centre supply chain solutions provider is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the architectural vision and spatial strategy across their portfolio, as part of their ambitious plans to scale global footprints.
Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Design (based in Hong Kong). This role will drive pre-sales master planning, conceptual layouts, and high-impact visual solutions for client RFPs, while ensuring designs are technically feasible, operationally efficient, and compliant with planning and fire safety regulations. The successful candidate will integrate architectural, MEP, ICT, and structural considerations into viable site and building layouts, while also leading design workshops, presentation materials, branding, aesthetics, and delivery support across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Ideally, you have 8+ years of experience in architectural design, master planning, and space optimisation within data centre, industrial, or mission-critical environments. You are also a Licensed Architect by a recognized body (e.g., AIA, RIBA, BOA Singapore, or HKIA). To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who has a minimalist approach to design, is proactive and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.
