Our client, a recognized leader in the healthcare sector, is seeking a technically strong finance professional for a newly created Assistant Director, Finance role.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Assistant Director will lead an established team in managing the full spectrum of financial controlling and operations. The role is accountable for timely and accurate financial closes, maintaining a robust internal control environment, and ensuring audit and regulatory readiness. It also plays a critical role in financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with business units, shared services, and external auditors to drive process optimization and enhance operational efficiency. A strong leadership presence, technical depth, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex MNC environment are essential.

Key Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a degree from a reputable institution and is a CA-qualified professional with broad expertise in both financial control and operational finance. They demonstrate high energy, a hands-on and proactive approach, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are critical, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a dynamic business setting.
