Assistant Director, Rewards

Our client is a leading entity in the healthcare sector, with a well-established presence in Singapore. They are now looking for a highly experienced individual to join the Compensation team. This role is focused on employee remuneration for employees based in Singapore and will lead a small team of direct reports.
Role
As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and executing of broad-based compensation initiatives, processes and policies. You will drive the annual wage exercises related to promotions, performance, budgeting and market benchmarking. You will also analyze and review the compensation frameworks and ensure that the company’s compensation structure is competitive.
This will be a leadership position with direct reports. The incumbent will also need to partner with key stakeholders and provide advisory to identify areas of improvement, review policies and enhance processes.
Requirements
You are degree qualified, ideally with at least of 10 to 12 years of experience within Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits.
Experience in managing direct reports is a plus.
Experience within the healthcare sector is a plus.
You have a proven track record in stakeholder management and possess deep technical knowledge of the rewards function.
