    Our client is an established high performing financial institution with an international business portfolio.  To support its continued growth, it is seeking to hire a dynamic HR Operations professional to play a key role in contributing to develop a best-in-class HR Operations function.



    Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a hands-on role covering HR Operations for multiple business lines. This includes end-to-end payroll administration with vendor support, managing employee data records, as well as any benefits-related administration such as insurance claims. You will also be expected to play a key role in driving process improvements and establishing best practices in HR Operations.



    You are degree-qualified with deep experience in Payroll Management, Benefits Management, as well as Data Management, gained in progressive financial institutions. You have experience in driving improvements in HR Operations processes and carrying out digitalisation initiatives. You are a hands-on self-starter, with strong problem-solving and project management skills. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills will be essential as well.
