Associate Director, HRIS (1-year contract)

We are partnering exclusively with an investments management company as they seek to hire an experienced HRIS specialist to see them through a complex HRIS implementation project. Our client is capitalising on their strong financial position to invest in process digitalisation and has identified a suitable HR system which they believe will meet their needs. They are currently looking to hire an Associate Director, HRIS to join them in leading this implementation project across their wide portfolio of companies. This is a 1-year renewable contract.
Role
This position is situated at Group level and will oversee end-to-end HRIS implementation for corporate headquarters and 6 portfolio companies. You will work closely with external consultants to determine user requirements, system configuration, implementation timelines, data management, user acceptance testing, and post-GoLive troubleshooting. Each of these portfolio companies may also have differing requirements due to the variation in employee demographics and industry reporting requirements. The ability to adapt to these differing requirements,and influence senior management leaders will therefore be a criticial skill.
Requirements
You should be degree-qualified with at least 10 years of HRIS experience gained from either an IT consultancy firm or in-house with a HRIT team. Prior background in computer science or an equivalent field would be advantageous. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record in overseeing end-to-end implementation of a HRIS system from gathering of requirements to system configuration and eventual Go-Live.
