My client is a leading and progressive law firm renowned for its expertise in aviation finance and leasing, with a global presence and a diverse portfolio of clients. They are presently in the market for a Junior Aviation Finance Associate to join their dynamic team here in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be supporting the partners on a broad range of structured and aviation finance, general banking and business aircraft trading transactions for our clients across the South East Asia region
- You will be involved in drafting and reviewing of financing or leasing documentation, negotiating the terms of transaction documents, legal research, and supporting in the management of client files and relationships
Qualification:
- 1-2 Years PQE gained from a reputable finance practice
- General banking finance lawyers that are keen on pivoting into speciality finance are welcome to apply
- Demonstrate strong research skills and keen interest in aviation sector
- Fast learner and effective communicator
