AVP, Enterprise Risk Management
An employer of choice, this leading multinational real estate player is looking for an experienced risk professional to join their team in Singapore to support business growth and alignment.
Responsibilities
As part of the Group Risk Management team, you will report to the Head of Risk. You will play a key role in co-driving an integrated approach towards strategy, risk management and ESG, across both local and overseas subsidiaries. You will partner closely with Group Strategy & Planning and Group ESG teams, as well as leaders across functions and business units to implement and roll out enterprise risk frameworks. Your main responsibilities include partnering and getting buy-ins from different business units in their risk assessments/ measurements / mitigation plans. Apart from overseeing the Business Continuity Management programme of the Group, you will also assist in raising the overall risk conscious culture of the Group and facilitate meaningful risk reporting to senior management.
Requirements
You are a self-motivated individual with a minimum of 10 years of experience. You have good knowledge of implementing risk management and internal controls (eg. ISO 31000, COSO framework, SGX-ST requirements). Good understanding of financial knowledge as well as knowledge of risk inputs to investment assessment will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is versatile, communicative and collaborative.
