AVP, Investor Services, Private Markets – Global Asset Manager

An employer of choice, this is a global asset manager known for their innovative multi asset portfolio and progressive talent development practices. To support evolving business needs, they are looking for a seasoned Investor Services professional to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

An integral member of the team, you will lead and manage end-to-end investor communications for the firm’s real estate funds. This will include coordinating the investor communication programme, handling investor queries and supporting fundraising activities. In addition, you will review the current processes and establish a best-in-class investor services function.

Requirements

Ideally, you are degree qualified with at least 10+ years of experience in investor relations/ investor services/ client services. Prior exposure to real estate and/or real estate/private market funds would be highly valued. Prior expertise in managing institutional investors is an advantage. To succeed in this role, you would be described as: commercial, proactive and a strong business partner.
