AVP / VP – Business Continuity Management
Description
This premier bank has a clear strategy for growth in the region and global offices. It is looking to recruit a VP for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) team.
As a senior member of the BCM team, you will play a key role in planning and executing the Business Continuity program. You will facilitate risk assessment, business impact analysis, business continuity planning and crisis management planning. You will also ensure and monitor the preparedness of IT disaster recovery capabilities. You will support crisis invocation and coordinate implementation of recovery resources and maintaining compliance towards Regulatory BCM policies.
Degree qualified, you will have at least 7 years of experience in Business Continuity Management or Crisis Management Planning. With strong leadership, team management and relationship building skills, you are credible, driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
