Retail Banking Lawyer – Digital Bank, 3-7PQE
A leading fintech company that is poised for aggressive growth, our client is presently recruiting two lawyers to add to their dynamic legal team. These hires will be part of a larger legal team within the APAC region, where you will provide astute commercial legal advice on regional digital banking, retail/consumer banking, corporate commercial, privacy, and finreg matters.
Lawyers who are keen to transition in-house or who have worked in a retail bank will be best suited.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Law and Bar qualifications with a minimum of 3PQE.
- Broad banking or regulatory experience, with proven expertise in drafting and negotiating customized agreements.
- Privacy lawyers keen on a move to a digibank are welcome to apply.
- Hold a valid work visa in Singapore.
