Business Intelligence Project Manager, 2 year contract

We are seeking a BI Project Manager to drive the development and implementation of a next-generation business intelligence platform at a leading retail organization. In this key role, you will help lead the rollout of MicroStrategy across the business, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable dashboards and ensure smooth project execution. This is a 2-year contract role ideal for someone passionate about data visualization, cloud technology, and cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities:
As the BI Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end implementation of MicroStrategy, managing dashboard development, and ensuring stakeholder needs are translated into effective BI solutions. You will collaborate closely with data engineering, business teams, and external vendors to manage timelines, oversee user training, and uphold data governance standards. You will also play a key role in project reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving user adoption across the organization.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in business intelligence, dashboarding, and project management. Familiarity with MicroStrategy is preferred, though experience with similar tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also welcome. Exposure to cloud platforms-particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-and data integration concepts will be highly valued. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments. Prior experience in the retail or consumer sector will be advantageous.
