Are you a seasoned Business Analyst/Project Manager ready to make a significant impact in the financial markets? We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to spearhead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge platform for a leading global Investment Bank.
You will get to:
- Lead the charge in building a front-to-back integrated platform for FX, Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives, directly impacting trading operations.
- Collaborate with front office and middle/back office stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective solutions.
- Drive the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and high-level solution design to coordinating with IT development teams and overseeing user acceptance testing.
- Become a key player in optimizing trading workflows, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across departments.
- Leverage your analytical skills to identify risks and issues, proactively mitigating potential challenges.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the business by implementing innovative technology solutions.
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your expertise will be valued and your contributions recognized.
You will bring your experience of:
- 3-10 years of experience in Investment Banking
- Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle (order placement, execution, booking, settlement).
- Experience with and knowledge of financial asset classes, including FX, Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivatives.
- Ability to effectively liaise with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience with SQL (Oracle and/or MSSQL) and Python (preferred).
- Experience with backoffice settlement systems (e.g., SWIFT, Omega CTM, SunGL).
