A newly created position has become available within a well-established global organisation operating in industrial and production-led environments.

Key Responsibilities

In this Business Finance Manager role, you will lead commercial and financial strategy. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, plant controlling, and profit centre analysis to achieve performance targets while managing risks effectively.

You will handle end-to-end accounting operations and ensure timely tax and statutory compliance across overseas entities. You will also drive audit processes, month-end and year-end closings, and selected HR operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you will partner closely with stakeholders to support data-driven decisions, business alignment, and digital transformation through automation and AI tools.

Key Requirements

The ideal Business Finance Manager will bring at least 7 years’ experience in finance and plant controlling, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (professional qualifications like Chartered Accountant strongly preferred).

You will demonstrate strong expertise in financial management, tax regulations, HR operations, payroll, P&L management, and month-end/year-end closings-paired with proven analytical skills to cut through complexity, draw clear insights from data, and turn ambiguity into structured, actionable strategies that drive business growth.

Highly detail-oriented yet resilient, you are hands-on and thrive independently under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments. As a proactive, self-motivated leader, you embrace challenges, value collaboration, and commit to continuous improvement in this hands-on role.
