Our client is a well-established European pharmaceutical company with a strong focus on delivering quality therapeutic solutions for patients. They possess an extensive global presence and with anticipated strong growth in APAC, they are in the search for an ambitious and performance-driven Business Unit Manager to spearhead their Oncology operations in SEA.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of APAC, you will take on an essential role to spearhead their new Oncology portfolio and explore business opportunities across SEA. You will also be required to establish and lead the sales team, work with regional marketing and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the best-in-class commercial launch. You will also be responsible for the revenue target for the region and possess the autonomy to develop country specific strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
Ideally, you possess a minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing, particularly in the field of Oncology. A prior background in breast cancer drugs will be an added advantage. You are also well-equipped with market access expertise to drive new drug listings, reimbursement, and patient support programs. You should also have demonstrated strong leadership qualities as this role will require you to build a commercial sales team.
