Our client, a progressive and fast-growing Flavour House is hiring for experienced Sweet and Savoury Category Managers to develop market strategies that will accelerate their business in the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping market strategies and driving growth opportunities for the business. This position requires developing a deep understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and consumer insights to identify future opportunities and enhance the company’s competitive positioning. The Category Managers will work with other department like Consumer Insights, Sales, Portfolio, Creation and Application team to develop short- and long-term promotion plans for the respective categories and countries that will further drive business growth.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in category management, marketing, product management or business development in the food, beverage, or flavour industry. You have the ability to analyse data or consumer insights and trends, develop strategies, and translate these insights into actionable plans. To be successful in this role, you have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
