Description
This is a growing engineering and construction management group specialising in large scale renewable energy projects. Their mission is to play a significant role towards net-zero emissions in the region. With a strong pipeline of renewable energy contracts conclude along with listing ambitions, the Company is now exclusively partnering Kerry Consulting on their search for a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO and the executive leadership team, the CFO will support the executive team in strategic planning, financial management, and corporate development initiatives for the Group. He/ She will also be providing leadership to the finance team, ensuring the integrity of all financial information including statutory and legal reporting as well as establishing key performance management measures to drive commercial and operational excellence. The Company is looking to eventually list, hence the earlier years of setup and corporate governance is key to the success of those plans.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant and a degree in Accountancy or an equivalent finance discipline, with demonstrated track record gained in finance leadership roles within heavy infrastructure in the last 5-10 years. Listing experience will be viewed favorably. You will be described as commercially astute, yet fundamentally entrepreneurial in spirit, flexible and agile in thought. As there will be significant interactions with businesses and stakeholders based in North Asia, fluency in Mandarin is essential.
