Our client is an industry leader, experiencing a recent change in ownership. As they embark on a high growth transformation journey, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned CFO to join them in their SEA operations.
Responsibilities
Partnering closely with the Regional CEO, you will drive the day-to-day operational and financial responsibilities of this organization. This involves leading a lean team in ensuring the fiduciary and governance basics are maintained/adhered to. A larger component of this scope will be to partner the various BU leaders in driving performance and efficiencies. You should also have a keen eye on industry and competitor trends and capitalise on market opportunities to help fuel the growth of the business.
Requirements
You have a demonstrated track record achieved, ideally in PE backed organisations. Operationally hands on and strategic in mindset, you are a strong business partner with deep analytical capabilities. You have excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and can work well across cultures. Positive and a massive agent for change, you believe that every impossible challenge can be resolved with creative thinking and solutioning, executed via a collaborative and inclusive approach.
