Our client is a leading industrials giant, undergoing a massive transformation agenda. In anticipation of a returning expat – repatriating post completion of an international assignment – there is now an opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join them in this exciting time.

Role

As part of the strategic leadership team, you will engage the Board, ExCo and Senior Stakeholders to manage the finance function with a priority on transformation and growth. As a key strategic business partner and finance steward, you are expected to lead white space discussions, harness available and/or lobby for additional resources, and collectively as a team, execute growth plans that cut across all facets and functions of the business.

Requirements

You are an extremely seasoned finance professional with a strong commercial bent. You have rich experience managing complex markets and geographies. A demonstrated senior leader, you thrive in highly volatile and ambiguous environments and have a natural ability to bring order to chaos. Inspirational and charismatic, you are a natural born leader, adept at breaking down any cultural barriers where engagement and communication is concerned. Able to engage with stakeholders at all levels of seniority, you are a strong influencer and able to navigate through tough conversations.
