Chief Financial Officer – Fintech Start Up

Description

This premier fintech start up, backed by a highly profitable global bank, is looking to hire a highly commercial CFO with fund-raising experience.

Responsibilities

This is a highly visible role with close interaction with senior management. Reporting to CEO, you will be responsible for financial management, financial planning & analysis, investment optimization and capital management. Given the start-up nature, you will be responsible for fund raising from various investors including banks, venture capitalists and institutional investors. Working closely with the business, you will provide deal advisory and commercialization support and contribute to the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements

You will possess at least 20 years of relevant experience including a proven track record in finance leadership roles ideally gained in a start-up, venture capitalist or fintech organisation. Fund raising experience will be essential. You are commercial, strategic, solutions-oriented, driven and possess the gravitas of a credible leader.
