This premier financial institution has a long history in the region and recorded consistent strong performance. It continues to invest in digital adoption, build agile work culture, and drive innovation. It is now seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff, Human Resources.
Responsibilities
Reporting to Group CHRO, you will uplift people capability through data insights and innovation and drive strategic and transformation agenda for human resource division. You will define a progressive operating platform that is robust, business aligned and progressive. You will evaluate current state and future state (new target operating model) build roadmap, support in prioritising initiatives, translate and structure roadmap into programs, and execute programs within agreed timeline. You will continuously identify, drive and lead both strategic change and enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
With strong HR consulting and in-house experience, you are highly strategic, solution-focused and progressive. You possess broad exposure and understanding of people life cycle. With a proven track record in delivering complex and high-impact HR programs, you are dynamic, highly credible and possess excellent influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. Financial services industry is not a must.
