    Manager Client Servicing Account Manager Operations with a Leading Fund Management

    This is a leading fund management and in view of its expansion plans, and they are recruiting an individual to join their team to support the department leader of the team as a client account manager.


    This individual will be seated in the COO function and will report into the Head of Client Servicing. This individual will be working closely with internal functional teams as well as external vendors to ensure client operational queries and implementations are resolved effectively and efficiently.

    The primary responsibility is to ensure that the client experience is elevated through the efforts of the individual, the team and through the effective oversight of processing hubs. This individual will be the point of contact for clients and will attend regular client service review meetings. This individual will also Perform the oversight duties specific of middle office functions. Manage regular service review calls with respective processing hubs to drive service excellence and efficiency.


    Degree in Finance/Accountancy and preference with Master’s/CFA/FRM with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in client servicing/account manager/assistant relationship manager within the Asset Management, corporate bank, private bank or Fund Space with product experience in the Custody, Securities or Trust space.
