Our client is an established and growing company in the Financial Services Industry. They are seeking an accomplished Compensation & Benefits Lead to drive total rewards initiatives.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing rewards initiatives. As the subject matter expert, you will lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving rewards initiatives, reviewing and recommending compensation and benefits proposals, and providing expert guidance on performance and rewards matters to optimize employee engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified and have at least 8 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in large companies or MNCs with strong rewards practices. You are confident presenting to senior stakeholders, enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, and take a very hands-on approach to your work.
