Our client is an established and growing company in the Financial Services Industry. They are seeking an accomplished Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive total rewards initiatives.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing rewards initiatives. As the subject matter expert, you will lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Your key responsibilities will include driving rewards initiatives, reviewing and recommending compensation and benefits proposals, overseeing salary reviews, increment cycles, and bonus cycles, and providing expert guidance on performance and rewards matters to optimize employee engagement and business outcomes.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with a demonstrated track record of at least 8 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits. You are inquisitive, independent, numerate, meticulous, and a strong team player. While candidates from financial services are preferred, professionals from all industries are welcome to apply.
