A global institution is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join its legal team in a regional role focused on corporate structuring, reorganisations, and governance. This is an excellent move for a private practice lawyer looking to step into an impactful in-house role with broad regional exposure.

The Role:

• Corporate structuring: advise on shared services, incorporations, dissolutions, reorganisations, and entity management to support business expansion.
• Governance & compliance: Manage corporate administration, including board meetings, filings, and annual compliance, ensuring high standards across all entities.
• Projects: Work closely with senior stakeholders on confidential, high-impact initiatives that require creative, practical legal solutions.
• Regulatory engagement: Partner with business teams to align corporate structures with evolving governance expectations.

What you bring:

• 4-6 years’ PQE from a top-tier law firm, ideally with strong corporate or restructuring & insolvency (R&I) experience.
• A solid grounding in corporate law and governance, with the appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• A smart, proactive, and ambitious approach, with the confidence to work closely with regional stakeholders.
