Corporate/M&A Lawyer (3-8 PQE) – Alternative Pathways in Transaction Liability

We are looking to connect with mid-level corporate/M&A lawyers who are open to exploring roles outside traditional legal practice. These opportunities involve supporting M&A transactions through risk assessment, review of deal documentation, and involvement in insurance solutions such as W&I and other transaction liability products.

This may appeal to individuals who enjoy transactional work but are seeking a position that offers commercial exposure, a collaborative setting, and a shift from private practice. Opportunities exist across different functions within the transaction liability ecosystem, including advisory, broking, and underwriting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in M&A, private equity or broader corporate matters, with a top law firm.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional deal teams
• Interest in commercially focused work within the M&A ecosystem
