Corporate Secretarial, Paralegal and Admin

This is a dynamic and multi faceted role with a fast-growing global organization utilizing an extensive franchised business approach. You will work closely with the finance and operations department, liaising with external parties (government, banking).
Responsibilities
You will be an independent contributor juggling between a mix of scope including corporate secretarial, basic contract review (leasing agreements, renewals, e-stamping, liaising with HDB), seeing through banking process execution, coordinate signatures and any ad-hoc duties.
Due to time sensitive corporate activities, you are expected to either get up to speed quickly or be familiar with processes related to these primary activities.
Requirements
At least 5 years’ experience in a mixed scope role including executive administrative tasks, corporate secretarial and basic contract review (related to lease renewal, basic negotiations etc).
Those who are used to a fast paced timeline sensitive environment will thrive in this role.
Those with relevant in-house experience in a real estate/franchising environment will be favored.
