    Our client is a multinational financial services corporation headquartered in Singapore and they are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive to join the team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for providing corporate secretarial services to the clients, including preparing and filing documents with the relevant authorities, maintaining statutory registers, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and file statutory documents, including incorporation papers, annual returns, and resolutions with the relevant authorities
    • Maintain statutory registers, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries
    • Attend to clients’ requests on corporate secretarial matters, including conducting due diligence checks
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including the Companies Act, SGX-ST Listing Manual and other regulatory requirements
    • Assist in organizing and preparing for board and shareholders’ meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes
    • Provide support in the administration of clients’ corporate structures, including advising on changes to share capital, share transfers, and company name changes
    • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulation that may impact our clients and advise accordingly

    Requirements:

    • Diploma or degree in Law or Business Administration
    • ICSA qualification is an advantage
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work
    • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements
    • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
