Role

With a strong pipeline of projects, there is a clear long-term vision ahead for the organization. In this individual contributor role, you will act as a pivotal member in the corporate strategic planning team, and to grow alongside with the development of the organization. You will be the main liaison in planning, designing, implementing, and executing organic and inorganic corporate development projects to support key management decision-making matters, redefining business strategies by designing and implementing new approaches and ideas, performing feasibilities studies, and keeping abreast of latest trends and developments. You will be expected to work closely with the CEO and present buy-in initiatives to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Ideally, you should be degree qualified and possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with prior experience in corporate-level strategic planning and/or development in a tourism/hospitality/FMCG (Consumer goods) environment. You are meticulous with a strong financial analytical mind and have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. As this role will be a sole contributor role, you will be expected to be hands on, and to be an effective communicator, with the ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance from internal stakeholders. You are both strategic in mindset and operational execution.
