CRM Data Architect, Consumer Goods

We are seeking a CRM Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of customer data architecture within the regional technology team of a leading consumer goods company. In this critical role, you will define how customer data is stored, structured, and utilized across CRM systems to enable effective customer engagement and business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Responsibilities:
As the CRM Data Architect, your primary responsibilities will include designing optimal data models and architecture for CRM platforms, establishing data governance frameworks, and ensuring high standards of data quality. You will document and maintain data flow diagrams illustrating internal processes and external integration points. Collaborating with CRM leads, marketing, IT, and data teams, you will drive best practices for managing customer data and support initiatives to maximize CRM value.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in data architecture or data management, ideally within CRM environments. Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and data governance principles is essential. Strong skills in data modelling, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement are required. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is mandatory. Experience with customer data privacy regulations and integration frameworks is preferred.
