Data Management Lead, Corporate Bank

We are seeking a Data Management Lead to drive data governance and architecture initiatives at a leading financial institution’s corporate banking arm. In this critical role, you will ensure data integrity, develop and enhance data models, and implement change control frameworks to align critical data changes with business objectives. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across business and technology teams, providing data architecture consultation for enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
As the Data Management Lead, your primary responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of the data architecture, mapping data lineage, and identifying gaps in the current-state architecture. You will implement change control frameworks to ensure all critical data changes align with established data models and governance principles. Additionally, you will ensure data-related changes support strategic business objectives.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have strong expertise in corporate banking and data architecture. You should also have hands-on experience with large datasets, relational databases, and metadata management. Experience in defining data attributes, setting data quality standards, and working with metadata management practices will be highly valuable.
