We are seeking a Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Lawyer to join a rapidly expanding fintech and digital financial services organisation. This position forms part of the legal function and will provide the successful candidate with exposure to a broad range of financing and lending transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. The role sits within a technology-driven, growth-oriented environment and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the organisation’s regional financing activities.

The DCM Lawyer will be responsible for supporting a variety of debt-financing and capital-raising matters, working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the banking, credit, treasury, finance, and legal teams. This role is suited to individuals seeking to transition from private practice into an in-house position with substantial commercial and cross-functional engagement.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years’ post-qualification experience in the DCM practice of a top tier law firm.
• Demonstrated interest in fintech, digital banking, or high-growth technology sectors
• Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and sound commercial and legal judgment
• Valid work authorisation in Singapore
