Responsibilities

Reporting to Group Business CFO, Retail Banking & Wealth, and managing a large team, you will work very closely with the business in driving P&L performance, sales effectiveness, cost optimisation, business planning support and forecasting. You will provide business decision support on key growth initiatives, new product reviews and business case proposals.  The role offers frequent interactions with the business leaders and support functional heads.

Key Requirements

Degree qualified, you will have at least 15 years of business finance experience supporting retail banking, wealth and / or private banking products. Leadership experience in managing a large team. With proven leadership experience, you are strategic, business focused, commercial and possess the ability to connect strategy with finance and confidence in engaging senior business stakeholders.
