Director, Commercial Leasing and Operations
A prominent organisation in Singapore is seeking an accomplished Director to lead its retail leasing, commercial operations, hospitality assets and supporting services across a diverse real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will provide strategic oversight of commercial leasing, hospitality assets and real estate management. The role will shape a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable end user experience by enhancing F&B, amenities, events, accommodation and community spaces. You will drive revenue optimisation, asset utilisation, service innovation and robust performance metrics. You will also lead the planning, refurbishment and financial sustainability of hospitality facilities, cultivate strategic partnerships, manage complex stakeholder relationships and mitigate operational, commercial and reputational risks, ensuring consistently high service standards and outcomes.
Requirements
You are possess minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience across hospitality, lifestyle destinations, commercial operations, placemaking or retail management. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, customer-focused leadership, transformation capability and proven success managing diverse portfolios, partnerships and complex projects.
