Director, Finance and HR

Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of Finance & HR, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and financial administration of the firm. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a production plant environment, is highly analytics-oriented, and possesses a can-do attitude. You will manage HR administrative functions, payroll, and financial processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. A key focus will be on plant controlling, including multiple profit center analysis and profit and loss reporting during month-end and year-end closings. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with external auditors and accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Requirements:
This role requires at least 7 years of experience in Finance and HR management, particularly in manufacturing or production environments. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to manage complex financial data and deliver insightful reports. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for cross-functional collaboration and ensuring industry compliance. The role is split 70% finance and 30% HR, with strong support from corporate headquarters. Based in Singapore, the position requires a deep understanding of local business practices and regulations, along with effective communication with the European HQ.
