    Our client is an established major financial institution with a strong brand and solid financial performance.  It is undergoing exciting strategic business transformation and HR transformation to support its growth agenda.  There is now a rare opportunity to join its human resources division in an exciting senior strategic HR business partnering role.

     

    Responsibilities

    Leading a team of HR Business Partners, you will be a key strategic HR advisor partnering the firm’s Head of Group Technology, working with HR COE and Country HR colleagues in developing and executing HR strategies to achieve division and business goals.  There will be significant focus on organisational design (including agile team organisation), HR change management, workforce capability development, talent development, culture building and engagement.  You will deliver progressive and people centric HR solutions which provide measurable results to the Technology division, and are expected to be on top of developments and emerging trends in the Tech talent landscape to enable the attraction, development and retention of high performing teams, as well as a best in class workplace.

     

    Requirements

    You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record as a strategic HR business partnering leader gained in major organisations with deep experience in enabling the building and transformation of major Technology divisions. You are familiar with agile company organization (agile, scrum, tribe etc.), and have worked through related organisational transformation.  You have demonstrated track record in leading HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions.  You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
