Our client is an established industry leader with global operations and worldwide presence. As it continues to transform and expand its business, with a focus on sustainability, it is now seeking to appoint a dynamic senior HR Business Partner to partner its CEO in enabling its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on but strategic role partnering the CEO and business leaders in shaping and executing the company’s people strategy to enable transformation and growth. You will work closely with HR COE counterparts for support, and will be accountable for designing and delivering strategic HR solutions with high focus on workforce strategy, capability building, talent management, leadership development and succession planning. You will provide coaching and challenge to the leaders with current HR insights and advise on HR best practices to enable the company to attract and retain talent and to be the workplace of choice.
You are degree qualified with strong strategic HR business partnering / HR leadership experience supporting senior business leaders including CEOs in major corporations with both white and blue collar workforce. Experience in the maritime, commodities or industrial sectors will be preferred. You have good commercial acumen, is strategic yet hands on, and a strong problem solver. Strong EQ, presentation and communication skills will be essential.
