Our client is an established high performing financial institution with an international business portfolio. To support its continued growth and business transformation, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic Senior Human Resource Generalist to play a key role in augmenting the group’s Human Resource capabilities.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a full suite senior HR Generalist role working with a lean team, providing strategic and tactical HR solutions to multiple business lines. This is an exciting role encompassing design and delivery, where you will engage top leaders across businesses to establish the group as an employer of choice. You will be hands on in delivering HR solutions with a strong focus in talent attraction and recruitment, talent management and development, leadership development and employee engagement.
Requirements
You are an accomplished senior strategic HR Business Partner equipped with HR generalist expertise gained in progressive major financial institutions undergoing growth and transformation. You have demonstrated track record in acquiring senior and niche talent, and leading HR initiatives or projects of scale with impact on major businesses or across divisions. You are strategic yet hands on, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong presentation, influencing and senior stakeholder management skills will be essential.
