Our client is an established Asian resources conglomerate, currently undergoing global market expansion through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. To support its ambitious growth trajectory, a rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic talent leader to spearhead leadership development and talent management initiatives, identifying and nurturing the next generation of leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for building a resilient leadership pipeline by operationalizing global talent management and succession planning strategies, while delivering impactful leadership programs that align with the group’s objectives. You will refine and execute a competency framework in line with the company’s growth ambitions, working closely with top management and external partners such as prestigious academic institutions to develop and implement tailored leadership solutions—whether on an individual, cohort, or team-based level. Drawing on the latest insights in talent and leadership best practices, you will continuously refine the Group’s talent development strategies to maximize impact and drive performance. This highly visible role offers the potential for progression into other senior HR leadership positions within the organization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in executive leadership development and talent management both in large, complex multinational organizations as well as fast growing mid sized companies. You have a demonstrated track record of developing and executing executive leadership frameworks, succession planning strategies, and targeted talent interventions. Strong experience collaborating with world-class academic institutions to deliver leadership programs, as well as a strategic mindset combined with hands-on expertise in leadership program administration will be critical for success in this role.
Flexibility for international travel is essential to manage global partnerships and ensure the effective delivery of talent development initiatives across the organization.
