Director – Rewards, Asset Management

Our client is an established and successful financial institution with an international business portfolio. To support its growth and business transformation as the firm pivots the business, it is seeking to appoint a dynamic Rewards Director to shape and implement progressive and robust rewards strategies to enable the business to achieve its performance and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
In this newly created role reporting to the CHRO, you will lead the firm’s Rewards (Compensation and Benefits, including Executive Compensation) function in formulating, reviewing and managing policies, frameworks and execution for the firm to strengthen its position as an employer of choice for existing and new talent, particularly as it pivots its business. You will lead the redesign and structuring of compensation plans to attract and retain top talent, with high emphasis on the investment management and related talent pool. You will also be a key role in supporting the CHRO in conceptualising and implementing initiatives to strengthen the firm’s performance culture.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, ideally including Executive Compensation, gained in major financial institutions with significant focus in asset management or investment management. You ideally have both in-house and consulting experience, with strong conceptualisation / design capabilities. You are highly numerate, commercial, hands on, with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
