Our client is a well-established Asian headquartered company which has been delivering strong results and continues to expand internationally, organically and via M&A. There is now an exciting and rare opportunity for a rewards leader to join its group human resources team to support its strategic growth and transformation agenda.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the CPO, this is an exciting role where you provide strategic and functional leadership in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll to support the group as it undergoes strategic business and workforce transformation. You will lead the review and calibration of compensation structures, benchmarking and calibration exercises to ensure competitiveness for attraction and retention of talent. You will identify, develop and implement strategic compensation programs which are market relevant to support the company’s growth agenda as well as a communications strategy for compensation, benefits and performance philosophy.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in leading Rewards / Compensation & Benefits, gained in major industrial corporations with significant Asian and International operations. You preferably have experience managing group or global remits with strong transformation and change management experience. You are familiar with working with major HRIS e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle etc in large complex organisations with significant international. You are commercial, hands on, with strong analytical, senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
